I'm going to take you on a tour of the Student Training Hub. The Exit Certified Student Training Hub is designed to be a one-stop shop where students can find all of the details for their class, including resources. So let me take you along on a tour. The first introduction to the training hub will happen about two weeks prior to class when we send out a class preparation e-mail.

In that e-mail, we are pointing students to the Training Hub and telling them what to do to either create their account or to sign in. And we're highlighting the virtual test connection. The login page to the hub will look like this. Here students will either create their account or sign in with an existing account. Upon signing in, they will see a dashboard that looks like this.

Active Training will be expanded like we're seeing here. Active Training represents any classes that a student is enrolled in that are currently in session. Here we can see the course title, dates, times, location, and instructor. The green bar is the link to join that virtual classroom. Students are strongly encouraged to run their live virtual test connection early.

This is to ensure that their computers and networks are ready to go for class. That test connection page will look similar to this. Here, we're guiding students through testing their connection to the virtual platform as well as connecting to the lab environment. If both tests are successful, students should select Yes.

If there are any issues or questions, students should select No and then start to engage with the chat feature here to elaborate on any issues faced so that we can provide live support to make sure that you're ready to go for class, Back to the Training Hub. Here students will also find all of the resources used in class. The course kit icon

will explain how students can access their course material, including student guides, lab guides or any additional resources used in class. In this case, it's a download link, which will gain access to the course material. If a class has labs, students will see this lab access icon. Here they will find all the credentials needed to access the lab environment.

Hearing student feedback is really important to exit certified so students will see a class survey icon. A survey will look similar to this where we guide students through a series of questions to let us know how we did and how we can improve. Upon successfully completing class, students will see a completion certificate. This will allow them to download their course completion certificate right here.
