Overview

This course starts with an overview of the planning process phases used in SAP Analytics Cloud for planning. The course focuses on manual planning, starting with the creation of the planning model and the setup of the planning story. Additional units focus on the core planning functionality in SAP Analytics Cloud for planning such as versions, the creation of the dimension members required for planning, data entry modes, inverse dimension formulas, and distribution of plan data using the planning panels. Auditing data, performing data validation, and implementing data locking to control data access are also part of the core learning for the course. The final unit focuses on seamless planning in SAP Analytics Cloud with SAP Datasphere.

  • This course is a deep-dive course. Please ensure that you have taken the SACM21 and SACS21 courses or have equivalent foundational knowledge of the overview topics covered in those courses.
