Notes

  • This course is a training of the functionality and techniques of the defense solution. It will not provide customer specific implementation know how. It will show some best practice approaches of D&S within the used examples.
  • This course (IDS20) is an essential prerequisite for the course IDS30. Especially the logistics portion of the IDS30 class requires the knowledge provided in this course and shouldn’t be booked without completion of this class.
  • This course is built on SAP S/4 HANA with D&S extension including native Fiori apps. It is optional to order also a DFPS in Compatibility scope system to practice the older DFPS solution, compatible with ECC 6.0 EHP 5-8 platforms with active Defense Solution.
  • This training does not require prior knowledge of the previous DFPS solution. For customers who have trained in the past on DFPS solution, particularly the DFPS66 training, you will find most of the concepts similar, but the usage of D&S apps is new. However, this is not a delta training DFPS->D&S as the concepts are shown anew.

Course based on software release

  • Material and Exercises are based on:
       -SAP S/4HANA 2021 FPS01
       -EA-DFPS 806 FPS01

ExitCertified gave a great course on AWS that covered all of the basics in depth with good lab materials.

I think the platform is very good and look forward to taking my next course in early October.

This course gave me a clearer understanding of the AWS cloud architecture.
