This IBM Self-Paced Virtual Class (SPVC) includes:
- PDF course guide available to attendee during and after course
- Lab environment where students can work through demonstrations and exercises at their own pace

This course is segmented into multiple learning modules. Module 1 is an introduction to the system and how data is collected and stored. Module 2 is an overview of system preparation covering the configuration tasks necessary to run a functional instance of SevOne NPM. Module 3 is basic reporting showing users the reporting functionality available on the NMS side of SevOne NPM. Module 4 is alerting covering the basics of configuring and working alerts in SevOne. Module 5 is SURF reporting covering more advanced reporting capabilities and larger reports built in the NMS. Module 6 is administration which covers some of the high level and common administration tasks a new user would need to know. Module 7 is SevOne Data Insight covering every core widget in the the Data Insight reporting tool. All of these learning modules contain step by step walkthroughs that have learners demonstrate their ability to complete learning objectives in a guided session.

Instructor was great, course was mostly very good except for too much focus on pricing

This course gave me a clearer understanding of the AWS cloud architecture.

Exit certified was great as it is very in depth and hands on learning which made it very easy to learn this type of work.

Some Labs are very good but some steps it ask to update but its already updated, but overall its very good training.

Very good couse and again we would like to see more videos on removing FRUs
