Build multi-agent AI systems with Agent2Agent protocol across platforms and vendors. A2A foundations cover features, benefits, motivating use cases, the relationship to MCP, and the key concepts that ground the protocol. Agent Cards, skills, and discovery cover Agent Card structure and metadata, capability declarations, skills definition, well-known endpoints for publishing, dynamic-discovery patterns, and embedded authentication requirements. The A2A task lifecycle covers task states and properties, levels of agents and task complexity, parallel and sequential tasks, Context IDs, the request/response pattern with polling, and streaming with Server-Sent Events. Enterprise security, multi-agent coordination, and extensions cover HTTPS and TLS transport security, authorization, opaque execution, the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs as a security taxonomy, agent collaboration patterns, task delegation and sub-agent coordination, workflow state management, human-in-the-loop integration, observability, A2A protocol extensions, implementation best practices, and the future of agent-to-agent communication. Hands-on labs produce an A2A development environment, published Agent Cards, an OAuth-secured endpoint, multi-agent workflows, and a custom protocol extension. The course is designed for senior software developers, AI/ML engineers, and enterprise architects.
