In this Copilot course, participants explore how to apply generative AI using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Studio Lite (Agent Builder) to transform everyday business workflows. Learners use existing agents and create custom agents, while developing practical skills to create content, analyze data, and enhance collaboration - without writing code. Through hands-on scenarios, participants will learn how to effectively use Copilot Chat, leverage prebuilt agents, and build and share custom agents, enabling them to confidently integrate AI into their daily work and drive productivity and business outcomes.
