Read MoreMove from chatting with Gemini to delegating multi-step work through Gemini Enterprise and Gemini Notebook. This agentic AI course teaches knowledge workers to direct Gemini Enterprise agents through research, creation, and polished deliverables without writing code — using admin-configured connectors, pre-built agents like Deep Research and Gemini Notebook, Canvas, and Agent Designer’s chat pane and Flow canvas. Hands-on labs ground the skills in real work: an Audio Overview built from competitor transcripts, a leadership brief pulled from a OneDrive folder, a Canvas one-pager built on Deep Research, and a custom support-ticket agent published in Agent Designer. The course is designed for knowledge workers comfortable with Gemini Chat who want to delegate work without writing code.

By the end of this module, you will be able to distinguish Gemini Enterprise, Gemini Chat, and Gemini Notebook and choose the right one for a task. You will ground a prompt in connected data using @mention and the connectors icon directly from chat, save a repeatable prompt as a Skill, and build a Gemini Notebook notebook from uploaded files, Google Drive, websites, or pasted text to generate Audio Overviews and share findings.
By the end of this module, you will be able to select which admin-configured connectors, including Microsoft 365 sources such as Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive, apply to a given prompt. You will also enable Enterprise web search and Google Workspace and third-party connectors such as Salesforce, Jira, and SAP, verify data-store ingestion status, and explain why grounding a response in connected data produces a more reliable answer than general knowledge alone.
By the end of this module, you will be able to launch a Google-made agent such as Gemini Notebook, Deep Research, or Data Insights from the Agents panel instead of building your own. You will choose between Deep Research and Deep Research Max, frame a research task as a monitoring, comparison, or investigative prompt, ground its run in enabled connectors, and review its reports and audio summaries before accepting them. You will also attach Canvas from the chat’s + menu to create, iterate on, and export documents and slides.
By the end of this module, you will be able to build a custom agent in Agent Designer’s chat pane and refine it on the Flow canvas, including multi-step agents built from subagents. You will schedule automated runs on the Schedule tab, preview a draft agent’s output on the Preview tab before publishing it with Create, and share it through the Agent Gallery. You will also monitor agent activity in the Inbox and recognize when a custom agent is the wrong tool for a given task.
