Overview

This SAFe® training for Teams teaches teams how to work with others as part of an Agile Release Train (ART) and prepares them for the SAFe 6 Practitioner Exam. Attendees learn how to plan and execute work, apply Scaled Agile Framework® and Agile principles, improve continuously, and collaborate effectively to hit the ground running before the next planning event. Participants learn how to work in an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, and XP. In addition, this SAFe course prepares teams to run a Program Increment (PI).

Software Requirements

For in-person deliveries, attendees do not need computers for this course. We will provide full classroom setup instructions that will include seating in small groups, with supplies such as flipcharts, sticky notes, markers, and pens for the attendees and a projector and Internet connection for the instructor's laptop.

Online deliveries for this interactive training will use an online meeting platform (such as Zoom, WebEx, GoTo, or Teams) to have face-to-face contact online, including use of breakout rooms for group activities.
