The Certified Professional - PingAM exam is targeted at IT professionals responsible for administering and deploying PingAM (AM) solutions.
The exam validates your ability to install, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and maintain components of AM.
The proctored exam consists of 100 questions that must be completed in 120 minutes.
- Questions are multiple choice.
- The minimum passing score for Ping Identity exams is generally 70% but varies based on the exam and form.

Prerequisites
- Successfully complete the AM-410 PingAM: Deep Dive course (required).
- Successfully complete the AM-421 PingAM Customization and APIs course (recommended).
- Thorough understanding of all AM documentation and Knowledge Base articles on Backstage.
- Minimum of 3-6 months of experience installing and configuring AM.
- Working knowledge of Java-based environments would be beneficial, but no programming experience is required.
